Dr V Padmaja has more than twenty six years of experience in industry and academia. She is currently working as Associate Professor & HoD-Dept of OB-HR at Ramaiah Institute of Management. She holds a doctorate in management, and has completed her Post-Graduation from XISS, Ranchi. Her areas of research interest include Leadership, Higher Education and Social Entrepreneurship. She regularly conducts training programs for both private and Govt. organizations, and is actively involved with leading NGOs in Bangalore. She is a certified PPA(Personal Profile Analysis) trainer by Thomas Assessments and is a life member of the National HRD Network and NIPM. She is a Doctoral Guide with Ramaiah University of Applied Sciences and is on the external panel for other Universities in Bangalore.
