Cancellation, Return, and Refund Policy

For crowdfunding pre-orders:

After a backer supports a project, they can withdraw their support at any point prior to reaching its crowdfunding target. In such cases, the order will be cancelled, and we will process the refund to the backer within 24-48 business hours after the cancellation request is received by us.

If a project fails to reach its crowdfunding target, all collected amount will be refunded to the backers.

For published books:

If the order or the item(s) that you want to cancel has not been shipped yet, you can write to our team at admin@letsauthor.com.

In such cases, the order will be cancelled, and we will process the refund within 24-48 business hours after the cancellation request is received by us..

If the order or the item(s) that you want to cancel is shipped, we regret that we cannot issue a refund.

How do I return a book purchased on LetsAuthor?

Products can only be eligible for returns if the products received by the customer are deemed to have been received in a damaged / defective state.

If a return is accepted, LetsAuthor will replace or refund the invoiced value.
