Susanna is an entrepreneur, service & business designer and customer experience enthusiast. She is the founder of Social Innovation Booster, a global community and learning platform for people who are using their entrepreneurial skills for social innovation. Susanna was an early adopter of design thinking in Sweden, and co-founded the service design agency Expedition Mondial. For more than 10 years, she worked as a service and business design consultant with clients in the public sector. The goal for these organisations is to design public services that citizens value and trust. Social Innovation Booster was founded to democratize the access to these human-centered innovation tools so that impact-oriented entrepreneurs knew how to create great customer experiences and successful services.
