Dr Kumar Mukul is currently working as Professor in Entrepreneurship and Area Chair, General Management at CMS Business School, JAIN (Deemed-to-be University), Bangalore, Karnataka. He has over 21 years of work experience in teaching, research, training and entrepreneurship. He is a postgraduate from JNU, New Delhi and holds a PhD (management) from Tata Institute for Social Sciences (TISS), Mumbai. He was a UGC Research Fellow, and an Academic Associate in the Organisational Behavior area at Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Ahmedabad. He is a life member of National HRD Network (Bengaluru Chapter). He writes blogs and engages in social cause activities.
