Jean-Marie Buchilly is an ideas connector and a compulsive reader. He regularly writes posts on Medium in order to share his worldview, his thoughts and some actionable summaries of the books he read and he is now actively working on his own book that will combine two of his passions: wine and innovation.
He is in charge of innovation for an international organisation since 2018 and also developed the participative innovation program for this same company in 2017. He started building innovation within the organisation from scratch right after having attended altMBA by Seth Godin in 2016, a truly inspiring and transformational online course that showed him a powerful way to make change happen.
